It’s that simple. You can talk all day long about how you deserve to be paid more or earn as equally as your male counterparts.
But have YOU asked your boss or your client for it?
Have you increased the price of your products or your services?
If you don’t, people aren’t going to start paying you more.🤷🏻♀️
